Bus topology has a single backbone link or bus with the nodes tapping into that link via drop lines.
Bus topology Star topology
(a) Fully connected mesh topology, (b) not fully con- nected mesh topology, (c) bus topology, (d) star topology, (e) ring topology, (f) tree topology, and (g) hybrid topology.
Bus topologies require slightly different link models.
Specifically, to create a bus topology, you need bus and bus tap models, which are available in the Object Palette Tree under Link Models...Bus Models and Link Models...Bus Tap Models categories respectively.
